1. HOME DELIVERY

If you complete and pay an order on working days before 12.00 o'clock, the order will be shipped the same day. If you complete and pay an order on Friday after 12.00 o'clock, on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be shipped on Monday (unless stated differently at the product). An e-mail with a tracking link will be send to you when DHL has picked up your order in our warehouse. Have you missed the delivery person? You'll receive a ticket in the mail box with the new delivery time. If the new delivery time doesn't fit, you can change the date and/or time. With the track & trace code you can follow up your order.

2. PICK UP AT A PARCEL SHOP OR PARCEL STATION IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

If you complete and pay an order on working days before 12.00 o'clock, usually the next day your order can be picked up at the Parcel shop or the Parcel station you have chosen. If you complete and pay an order on Friday after 12.00 o'clock, on Saturday or Sunday, your order can be picked up from Tuesday (unless stated differently at the product). You can pick up your order withing 7 days. With the track & trace code you can follow up your order.
