Returns 

There may always be situations when you want to return your item(s). Exchanging is not possible.
Please notify us using the return form or by e-mail within 14 days of receipt.

Return form

Items can be returned using the return form on the back of the packing slip. Send this form to us with your item(s). Have you lost the packing slip? In this case, please use this return form (PDF).

E-mail us

You can also notify us by e-mail of the return.
Send an e-mail to webshop@knapen-fanshop.com stating ‘Return’ in the subject line.

Please state the following in your e-mail:
• Invoice number
• Article number(s), or the name of the items you are going to return
• The number of units per item
• The reason for returning the item

Return the items to us within 14 days of the notification.
You can easily return item(s) via Post NL, DHL, UPS or DPD.
Please note that a return is not free of charge (see refund).

Conditions

Returned items must comply with the following conditions:
• Leave the original label attached to the item
• Place the item in the same box (and plastic bag) it was received in
• The item must be in the original condition, as far as reasonably possible
As soon as we have received your returned item, we will assess the condition.

Refund

If we accept your returned item, we will refund the amount due within five working days. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay the transaction.
If a complete order is returned, the standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

The costs of returning an item/items are always for your own expense.
